With an intend to Empower retails PAN INDIA, this App will serve the purpose of retail order management, registration, billing and schemes.

Type of registration:

1. Retail Medical Store. (DL Mandatory)
2. General Store. (Aadhar Mandatory)
3. Nursing Home/Hospital (Registration No. Mandatory)
4. Registered DOCTOR (Registration No. Mandatory)
5. NGO (Registration No. Mandatory)

Monopoly Partner Registration:

1. BECOME A MONOPOLY PARTNER AND GET EXCLUSIVE PREVILAGES !!
2. ONE TIME NON REFUNDABLE FEE OF INR 5000
3. 100 Meter Exclusivity Around your STORE
4. SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS
5. This option is available only for retail medical stores.
6. Monopoly partner shall maintain an average sale of INR 25000 per month on quarterly basis.
7. Company shall not sell its product within a radius of 100-meters of a monopoly partner.

Monopoly partner promotion shall be done periodically by the company.

1. Doctor tie-ups and sampling
2. KNOP activity.
3. BTL promotional support
4. TV Ads.

NOTE: Company can appoint a new monopoly partner if the sale of INR 25000 per month on quarterly basis is not maintained for 1 quarter.

Payments:

1. All order and payments shall be done from the retailer app only.
2. Credit facility of 7 Days is available on sole discretion of company.
3. cash on delivery is also available.

General Terms:

1. All Registrations shall be duly validated and can be cancelled if information provided is found to be false.
2. Enrolments under General Store shall not be allowed to order medicines from app.
3. All Orders will be delivered by the local distributor within 24 hours.
4. Scheme Enrolment must be done from 1st order itself.
5. Scheme Enrolled has to be completed within 1 year of registration.
6. Scheme upgrade is allowed; however, retailer cannot redeem a lower value scheme.
7. SALE PRICE and MRP Can be changed anytime without prior notice. However, it will not effect the scheme enrolment and items mentioned in the scheme.
8. Digital catalogue shall be given FOC to all retailers periodically.

Terms & Condition for retailer Scheme:

1.Scheme is not valid on Free Goods.
2.No cash reimbursement will be made against gifts.
3.Product Model can be changed depending upon the availability.
4.Company reserves the right to change or modify the scheme.
5.Special Scheme for Santro/Ecosports starts from 1st July 2021.
6.After Purchase of 10,000 Boxes (For Santro) & 20,000 Boxes (For Ecosports).The vehicle will be financed by Nationalized Bank in favour of Purchaser’s Name for 3 years.
7.Company will give the EMI on Purchase of 800 Boxes per month for Santro & 1600 Boxes per month for Ecosports.
